Proven Winners announces personnel changes

Proven Winners has announced two personnel changes within the company.

Jessica DeGraaf has been named Proven Winners Director of Retail Accounts.  Since joining Proven Winners in 2015, DeGraaf has led the Independent Garden Centre program. In her new role, DeGraaf will use her experience to oversee and direct all aspects of Proven Winners interaction with Independent Garden Centres and develop new and innovative support programs.

Heather Poire is joining Proven Winners as a Retail Account Manager in the Eastern U.S. and the Canadian Maritimes. Poire previously worked for Proven Winners co-founder Pleasant View Gardens for over 10 years. More recently, she worked closely with independent garden centres supporting the Bailey Nurseries brands for the past nine years. She joins the Proven Winners team with a wealth of knowledge and experience within both the grower and garden centre channels and is passionate about building relationships and programs.
