GoodLeaf Farms adds Ontario baby spinach

GoodLeaf Farms has added Ontario baby spinach to its lines of microgreens and baby greens.
The new product joins micro broccoli, micro radish and Ontario spring mix introduced by the company in 2021. GoodLeaf is one of the only vertical farms in North America that grows baby spinach.
Other leafy greens offered by GoodLeaf include pea shoots, spicy mustard medley, micro arugula and Ontario baby arugula.
“GoodLeaf prides itself on offering a family of produce that is fresh and packed with nutrients,” says Jacquie Needham, Accounts Manager at GoodLeaf Farms. “Spinach is the perfect addition, checking all of the boxes from a health perspective and giving Ontario consumers a local option they may not otherwise have out of season.”
The new option is available at Loblaws, Fortinos, Zehrs, Your Independent Grocer, Real Canadian Superstore, Whole Foods, Longo’s and other independent grocers across Ontario.
