11 workers test positive for COVID-19 at St. Thomas greenhouse

On Saturday, the Middlesex-London Health Unit said 11 people at Ontario Plants Propagation in St. Thomas tested positive for the virus, a day after seven of the farm’s migrant workers were confirmed to be infected with the disease.

While the farm is located in Elgin County, most of the workers live in London, which prompted the MLHU along with Southwestern Public Health to test more than 40 of the farm’s employees and their close contacts. | READ MORE
