Vegetative trials at Vineland on May 30
Vineland, Ont. — Ontario growers,
mark your calendars. This year’s annual Vegetative Trials open house
will be held on Friday, May 30 at the Vineland Research Station of the
University of Guelph.
May 22, 2008, Vineland, Ont. — Ontario growers, mark your calendars. This year’s annual Vegetative Trials open house will be held on Friday, May 30 at the Vineland Research Station of the University of Guelph.

The open house is sponsored by the University of Guelph, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and the participating breeders. It will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Participating breeders include Dummen USA, Proven Winners, Syngenta and Ball. Over 160 cultivars will be featured, including selections of angelonia, bacopa, calibrachoa, gaura, lobelia, petunia, pelargonium and vinca, among others.
