Paul Boers Manufacturing acquires Omni Structures

July 6, 2023 – Paul Boers Manufacturing acquired Omni Structures on June 30, as Brad Salter, the previous long-time owner of Omni Structures was looking for a succession plan for his company.

The Omni  product line and service will continue to be available and operate at its present location in St Catharines. Salter will continue to manage Omni Structures while the companies transition.

“The addition of the Omni product line and customer base will help grow the Paul Boers  Manufacturing company and give our dealer network more opportunities to service their customers,” states a press release.
