You can’t manage what you don’t measure

The Canadian Industrial Program for Energy Conservation (CIPEC), in partnership with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME)—with support from Natural Resources Canada—recently brought together leading Canadian energy experts, industry leaders and energy efficiency suppliers to share best practices and explore new frontiers in industrial energy efficiency at Energy 2011.

Anyone interested in learning how Canadian industry can reduce energy use while improving economic performance and reducing their environmental footprint either attended—or should have attended—Energy 2011. An important lesson learned: you cannot manage what you do not measure.
