Rycar insecticide registered for ornamental use

April 26, 2023 – Flowers Canada Growers has announced that Rycar (pyrifluquinazon) is now registered for ornamental greenhouse use (excluding cut flowers). FCG has been actively pursuing pyrifluquinazon registration for over a decade.

Rycar controls aphids and whiteflies in ornamental greenhouse crops and will be available from retailers shortly.
