Jan. 29, 2024 – The Ontario Produce Marketing Association (OPMA) has selected Rebecca Harris as the new president.
Harris’ background includes serving as the executive director at the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Toronto Chapter and the executive director at the Ontario Association of Residences Treating Youth. She also has more than 15 years of association management experience.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master of Arts Degree in art history from York University, as well as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential.
OPMA thanks interim president, Michelle Broom, for overseeing a smooth transition and guiding the association over the last few months.
