Nature Fresh Farms welcomes Thomas Dreher as new CFO

Nature Fresh Farms has announced the appointment of Thomas Dreher as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

In recent press release, Nature Fresh said Dreher will, in addition to overseeing the company’s financial operations, play ‘a key role in evaluating and structuring strategic partnerships that advance Nature Fresh Farms’ mission of leading controlled environment agriculture innovation.’

Dreher brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from various sectors, including food manufacturing, consumer packaging, and financial services.

“This appointment brings exactly the kind of financial leadership we need as we pursue new partnerships and market opportunities,” said Patrick Criteser, CEO of Nature Fresh Farms in the release.

“Our ability to identify and unlock value across diverse business relationships will be crucial as we expand our grower-to-retailer ecosystem.”

Dreher succeeds Dave Hildebrandt, who is transitioning to the greenhouse produce grower’s board of directors.

Based out of Leamington, Nature Fresh is a family-owned company that operates 2,500 acres of greenhouses across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
