When used in-ground – whether sandy, hard or clay soil – Scotts Miracle‐Gro expand‘n Gro is designed to loosen and aerate the earth, providing ideal conditions for plant root growth. Made from a unique blend of Miracle‐Gro plant food and coconut coir fibre, Miracle-Gro expand‘n Gro expands up to three times when mixed with water and retains 50 per cent more moisture than basic potting soil, so plants don’t need watering as frequently.
The mix feeds plants for up to six months and can yield up to three times more flowers and vegetables than those grown in ordinary soil. Flowers and vegetables grown in Miracle‐Gro expand‘n Gro can also bloom three weeks sooner than those grown in ordinary soil, offering maximum results in Canada’s short growing season.
