Oct. 17, 2012, Toronto – The best of the best were honoured when Landscape Ontario named the winners of the Awards of Excellence for Garden Centres and Growers at Expo 2012.
The awards were created by Landscape Ontario to recognize the growers of the “best” plant material, and retailers who showcase excellent products and provide outstanding services.
“We are incredibly proud of everyone who works in the green industry, but it is important to recognize those who have gone above and beyond the expected, and have decided to provide an exceptional experience for their customers,” said Denis Flanagan, director of public relations and membership for Landscape Ontario. “Our annual Awards of Excellence are the green industry's Oscars; our way of appreciating the effort, quality and commitment that make nurseries and garden centres outstanding.”
