Koppert opens first Canadian production facility
Leamington operation dedicated to producing Natupol Hives to support bumblebees in greenhouses

Koppert Canada announced recently that it has opened its very first Canadian production facility in Leamington, ON.
In a recent press release, the company said the operation, which has been up and running for several months, is dedicated to producing Natupol Hives, which are commonly used in greenhouses to support Bombus impatiens populations (bumblebees).
“This facility not only strengthens our production capabilities but also deepens our roots in a community known for its entrepreneurial spirit, agricultural leadership, and skilled workforce,” the company said in the release.
“The facility is designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating energy efficient systems, reduced waste practices and providing close to market accessibility.” (Source: Koppert Canada)
