Sept. 9, 2013, Vineland, Ont. – Specialties Robert Legault recently hosted its 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club.
It was a great success with over 20 different greenhouses coming out to play. The charity fundraiser supports both the Foundation for Niagara and Hamilton Area Christian Schools and The Niagara Warehouse of Hope.
The event has raised over $127,000 over the last 11 years to benefit these charities.
• The Foundation for Niagara and Hamilton Area Christian Schools represents privately owned institutions and has always been a big part of the grower community in Southern Ontario.
• The Warehouse of Hope is a non-profit organization operated by the Vanderzalm Family and local volunteers, providing basic necessities to the underprivileged in overseas countries.
