Reviewing your staff

Your staff is both the face of your business and an essential part of the engine that keeps it running. These employees are also human - they make mistakes, run into problems and may require new training or might be ready to take on a new position.

Do you conduct performance reviews with your staff? Do you give them feedback on their working habits? Why or why not? How do you critique your employees (both positively and negatively)?
