Plant Products welcomes new employees

Dec. 10, 2014, Leamington, Ont. — Plant Products has welcomed four new staff members.

Aaron Matthews is the new customer service manager for the Leamington Division.

He was most recently with the H.J. Heinz Company, where he spent 13 years in various management positions, most recently as the warehouse and distribution manager for Heinz Canada. •  519-326-9037, Aaron.Matthews@PlantProducts.com

Caitlyn Mayo has joined the Ancaster customer service team.

She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a bachelor of arts degree, and Mohawk College where she completed a Year 1 Horticultural Apprenticeship Program. She has also completed 105 hours of intensive French Immersion classes at University Laval.

Trevor Morvay has joined the turf team in Ancaster to work with golf course customers in Ontario. His career in turf began at a young age while living in Uxbridge when he began working summers at Foxbridge Golf Club.

He spent a number of years with golf clubs in Ontario, serving in a number of supervisory roles. He has also completed the Golf Course Technician at Seneca College.

Morvay relocated to Hamilton this past January and spent the 2014 summer at Hamilton Golf and Country Club. • Morvay@PlantProducts.com

Mike Sturrock has been appointed turf sales manager for the Quebec division. He joined Plant Products in 2012 and worked as a sales representative in the Turf division since.
