Yermakova joins Ridder to manage sales

Maryna Yermakova has joined Ridder as sales manager, supporting growers and investors with a fast-growing range of digital solutions and services in the Ridder portfolio.

The appointment of Yermakova is the next step in Ridder’s strategic repositioning, explains Sjaak Bakker, managing director of growing solutions at Ridder.

“As a supplier of an intelligent system solution, we want to further anticipate the digitization trend within our industry. Increase in scale accompanied by labour and knowledge scarcity have only accelerated these developments. With our increasing focus on digital solutions and services within our portfolio, we are increasingly responding to important issues and developments within horticultural organizations.”

In her new role, Yermakova will support and guide growers, end users and investors to increase the success of their organizations with digital solutions such as the Ridder HortOS platform and Ridder’s management information systems.

Yermakova is well-versed in national and international horticulture, drawing on her knowledge and experience from her previous role as export manager at Certhon Greenhouse Solutions.

Yermakova’s network and insights gained during contact with growers and investors should prove useful in her new position at Ridder.

“In my role at Certhon and during other positions in my career, I have always gained a lot of energy from contact with growers, managers and investors,” says Yermakova. “I hope to further support Ridder’s customers in the implementation of the many new innovative solutions such as the HortOS platform and Ridder’s labour registration systems.”
