
Oct. 25, 2012, Downer's Grove, IL — The National Garden Bureau has announced the three crops that will be featured in its annual "Year of the" program.
Each year, the National Garden Bureau selects crops that are easy to grow, genetically diverse an offer a number of new varieties to choose from.

- Annual: Gerbera
- Perennial: Wildflower
Founded in 1920, the National Garden Bureau is a non-profit organization whose mission is to disseminate basic instructions for home gardeners.
