Feb. 4, 2010 – In January, at the National Agri-Marketing Association
awards ceremony in Minneapolis, MN, Walters Gardens, Inc. websites
received some of the highest honors available in the trade. Their flagship website, www.WaltersGardens.com, received first place and their consumer website, www.PerennialResource.com, received the merit award. Only one of each award is given for each region; Walters Gardens, Inc. won for Region III (Midwest).  The receipt of these awards carries even more significance since Region III is one of the most competitive regions in the country. It contains some of the largest agri-marketing clients in the country such as Syngenta, John Deere, Bayer CropScience, DuPont Crop Protection, and Pioneer Hi-Bred International who have comparatively giant marketing budgets compared to Walters Gardens, Inc. Walters Gardens, Inc. websites are now eligible to advance to the national awards competition where they will compete with agricultural businesses across the entire United States.

Approximately one year ago, Walters Gardens, Inc. re-launched their three completely redesigned and updated websites: www.WaltersGardens.com, www.PerennialResource.com, and www.GrowDesignerPlants.com. Paulsen Marketing, a full service advertising and marketing agency based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, created the framework and programming for the sites while Walters Gardens, Inc. was responsible for all of the content as well as helping to design the look and function of the sites. Online ordering for wholesale customers was added to www.WaltersGardens.com in August, 2009, making Walters Gardens, Inc. one of the very first wholesalers to offer such a service.  To date, over 3 million people have visited the sites.
