Mother’s Day can be especially lonely for some women living in nursing homes and assisted-care facilities and Rocket Farms says its beautiful orchids will provide a little brightness for mothers who may not otherwise be acknowledged on this special day.

Many seniors do not have family in the region, but with the help of local generosity may receive a lovely, personally delivered orchid that will bloom and be of enjoyment long after Mother’s Day.

Rocket Farms specializes in orchids, poinsettias, organic herbs, vegetable plants, and a variety of potted flowering ornamentals.

Their products are available at local Farmers Markets, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Costco, Safeway and a number of other retail locations.

Dedicated to the company’s Code of Sustainability, Rocket Farms continues its never-ending pursuit of new and better ways of conducting business in an equitable and sustainable way.
