Recap of 2018 Sawaya Garden Trials

September 20, 2018  By Greenhouse Canada

It was a hot summer in Ontario, with bouts of rain leading up to the Sawaya Garden Trials’ open house in July.

So it’s no wonder the event drew over 400 attendees. This year’s crowd came to see more than 2700 varieties on display, and more importantly, whether they stood up to the weather. Plants were sold in August to benefit Norfolk General Hospital, the Norfolk Pregnancy & Family Resource Centre and Jarvis Community Christian School.
