June 20, 2016, Leamington, Ont. – Pure Flavour® just cannot slow down! For the third consecutive year, it is walking away with some new trophies after this weekend’s exciting annual Greenhouse Competition at the Leamington Fair.

The event is a fundraiser for REACH International, an international aid charity sponsoring projects in Uganda.

Pure Flavour received four awards for four delicious products. The award winners were:

• Pure Flavour Tomatoes on the Vine for Best Hothouse Cluster.

• Pure Flavour Beefsteak Tomatoes for Best Beefsteak Tomatoes.

• Pure Flavour Poco Bites™ for Kids Choice Coolest Cucumber!

“We are so excited to be accepting these awards so soon after our first pick at our brand new greenhouse here in Leamington,” said company president Jamie Moracci. “It shines a bright light for the future of our company.”

The company recently opened a new greenhouse near their headquarters where the first crop of beefsteak tomatoes and tomatoes on the vine were harvested just days ago.

“We’re always looking to improve our produce and awards like these confirm that we are doing something right,” said company CMO Matt Mastronardi.

Those attending the United Fresh show this week can stop by the Pure Flavour booth #1814 to see these award-winning products up close.
