Pure Flavor acquires Cervini Farms C5
The site is adjacent to the company's home farm.

Photo courtesy Pure Flavor. On Feb. 20, Pure Flavor announced its acquisition of Cervini Farms C5 in Leamington, Ont., marking the latest expansion of its portfolio of greenhouses and distribution centres.
“The addition of the Cervini Farms C5 location was an opportunity to strengthen our strategic footprint,” explains Jamie Moracci (pictured), Pure Flavor’s president. “Increasing our owned acreage helps facilitate our growth alongside our grower partners and supports scaling up our operations to drive efficiencies.”
The Cervini Farms C5 facility, in fact, is adjacent to Pure Flavor’s home farm in Leamington. The acquisition creates a 350-acre flagship campus.
In the past two months, Pure Flavor has completed construction of a new 40-acre organic greenhouse and 210,000-sf centralized packhouse and distribution centre in Leamington. The addition of 115 acres of greenhouse production this year will ensure greater supply of fruits and vegetables for retail and food-service customers throughout North America.
Future expansion plans are ongoing to develop more region-specific facilities and explore new product opportunities.
