The annual conference seminars for Congress 2010 are set to run from
Jan. 12-14 at the Toronto Congress Centre and will focus on Prosperity
Partnerships and the Six Pillars of Business Success. Congress 2010 seminars offer an excellent opportunity for lawn and garden designers, professionals, business owners and suppliers to learn from some of the industry’s best on how to become more prosperous. This year, conference seminar topics are geared toward the Six Pillars of Business Success, which are: Sales Success, Financial Health, Developing Customers for Life, Professional Operations, Leaderships Excellence, and Technical Expertise.

“One of our main goals at Congress 2010 is to educate attendees with current information that is integral to their professional development within the industry”, said Sally Harvey, CLP, CHT, Manager of Education and Labour Development, Landscape Ontario.  “Due to the current economic situation I think it is important that our conference seminars focus on the Six Pillars of Business Success so that attendees can leave with the skills and tools needed to help them succeed in their fields.”

Tickets for Congress 2010 events range from $75 for Landscape Ontario members to $250 for non-members, depending on the program. Admission to the trade show is included when purchasing tickets to the pre-conference programs or conference programs. Tickets can be purchased online through Landscape Ontario’s website at: locongress.com. You can also check out the seminar line-up on the website.
