Plantscapers could produce more with less

People throughout the United Kingdom could soon be chowing down on fruits and veggies grown in greenhouses the size of skyscrapers.

A recent article in the Daily Mail explores how these extremely vertical farms – also known as “plantscrapers” – may just reduce energy requirements, making farming more economical and sustainable, while meeting increased demand for fresh, healthy food.
