A Few Tips for a Successful Fogger Application
Ensure the Pulsfog is Clean
First it is important to make sure the machine is clean. This includes brushing clean the main resonator barrel, inspecting injection nozzles to make sure they are not plugged, and making sure the carburetor diaphragms are dry and reinstalled properly. Make sure gasoline is fresh. Close throttle pins gently. Not closing gently can cause the Pulsfog to flood fuel each time you restart. It is a good idea to run a litre or two of dish soap (couple squirts per litre) and water through the machine after each time the Pulsfog is used. Pump Pulsfog cleaning solution in lines before putting machine in storage.
Controlling Air Movement
Air circulation should be on during the fogging process. Make sure the greenhouse vents are closed and exhaust fans are turned off for the duration of the fog application. After the fog application is complete, turn air circulation fans off. Before re-entry the next morning a purging will be required. This can be done automatically with greenhouse climate computer.

Moving the Pulsfog
If you are applying more than 1.5 litres in one zone, it is important to redirect the pulsfog machine. Failure to redirect may cause damage or residue staining to plants in the area closest to machine, as a result of constant exposure to the fog plume.
Carefully Read the Product Label
Read the label of the product being applied. Pay special attention to phyto-toxicity warnings for certain plant species to be fogged. And always remember, JUST BECAUSE A LITTLE BIT IS GOOD DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN MORE WILL BE BETTER.
