Nick Occhionero joins Sollum Technologies as senior director of sales

Montreal-based greenhouse LED lighting developer Sollum Technologies has hired Nick Occhionero as senior sales director.

Occhionero’s LED industry experience includes sales roles with Luxtec and Lumenpulse. He joins Sollum from information technology (IT) service provider Lumi Global, where he built sales and business development functions from the ground up.

“While my previous experiences in the LED industry will undoubtedly be a strong asset moving forward in my new role, Sollum is unlike any company I’ve worked for in the past,” he says. “I was immediately drawn to its unique technology and strong values, which mirror my own desire to make a positive difference to the well-being of our planet. I cannot wait to work with the team to support the company’s growth.”
