Waldan Gardens and Rosa Flora have been named the next two hosts for Petals & Plates, a dinner series that combines local food and drink with local designers and chefs to highlight the work of Canadian flower growers.
For Rosa Flora, this will be their second Petals & Plates dinner. In fact, their 1.7 million square-foot Dunnville facility is where the inaugural Petals & Plates dinner took place back in September 2017. Their next dinner will be held on Saturday March 2, 2019.
For Waldan Gardens, their Petals & Plates dinner will be held on Saturday March 23, 2019. Guests will be able to see their post-expansion facility, with production of kalanchoe, calandiva and other seasonal crops.
