April 18, 2013  By Canadian Garden Centre & Nursery

Apr. 18, 2013, Columbus, OH — The OFA Short Course trade show has been named the 147th largest trade show among all industries by the annual edition of Trade Show News Network.

The Short Course is the largest horticulture event in North America for garden center retailers, greenhouse and nursery growers, landscapers, florists, and interior plantscapers. The show debuted on the list seven years ago at number 194. Other trade shows on the list include the Consumer Electronics Show, the International Builders Show, and the National Restaurant Show.

“We are thrilled to again be recognized as one of the largest events. Considering that thousands of trade shows are held each year, we are very proud of this recognition. It reminds us that Short Course is the place to attend because it has everything you need for your business in one place. There is something for all segments of the industry here,” said Michael V. Geary, CAE, OFA’s chief executive officer. “The event gets better each year because OFA is committed to making Short Course a high value event for both attendees and exhibitors."
