The displays themselves were attention-getters, providing visitors with ideas on how to better showcase plants.
Included was a fully stocked water garden, distinctively pained bicycles adorned with flowers, a giant tire containing plants, a chess board, and several landscapes, to name a few.
The open house also included a mini trade show, a luncheon and entertainment courtesy of a local band.
Breeders taking part this year included PanAmerican Seed, Ball FloraPlant, Burpee, Darwin Perennials, Selecta and Dummen.
Without further adieu, here is our photo recap of today’s open house. Click on the image for more information.
