Feb. 4, 2016, Columbus, OH — Motivation and leadership are the major themes in this year’s keynote presentations at Cultivate’16.

Kingsley will explain the essential principles and skills for effective leadership, including patience, loyalty, personal attention, integrity, and how to inspire others. This will be a fast-paced collection of “how to” success principles for business leaders based on a single, vital premise: your success as a leader hinges on your ability to inspire.

Kingsley has been featured on CNBC, CBS, FOX, Fox Business, Forbes, International Business Times, Wall Street Business, and many other media outlets.

• Scott Steinberg will share his views on “Leading with Innovation: How to Future-Proof Yourself, Fearlessly Innovate, and Succeed in the New Normal.”

Even the most successful organizations must continually re-invent their products, processes, and enterprises to remain market leaders in an age of growing change, connectivity, and globalization.

In this eye-opening presentation, Steinberg will share how to thrive in the new operating reality, create competitive advantage, and successfully leverage new leadership strategies to adapt to changing times. From more powerful ways to unleash innovation to solutions for better capitalizing on cutting-edge advancements, discover how you and your organization can flourish in tomorrow’s world – and effectively apply its most crucial success strategies and skills in context.

Steinberg has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Today Show, Good Morning America, NPR, and CNN. Steinberg’s clients include AT&T, American Express, Sears, Sony, Microsoft, Amtrak, Intel, Disney, ESPN, the US Department of Defense, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, and numerous other well-known leaders in the marketplace.
