Berger hosted their 25th annual Grower Appreciation Dinner last Wednesday, marking 55 years of service in the horticultural industry.

And what better way to celebrate this milestone, than with their growers.

Held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Conference Centre in St. Catharines, over 115 Ontario growers were in attendance.

The evening kicked off with a technical presentation by Dr. Youbin Zheng of the University of Guelph. A specialist in growing under controlled environments, Dr. Zheng spoke about the importance of integrated root management in soilless plant production.

The rest of the night was filled with great food and great conversations, with fun and laughter in every corner of the room.

“The entire Berger team is grateful for the opportunity to serve the horticultural industry and to have so many loyal customers,” says Stéphanie Navarro, Coordinator of Advertising and Promotion at Berger.
