New insect trap introduced in Canada

Upper Canada Organic Products Inc., recently introduced the W.H.Y. Trap (for wasps, hornets and yellowjackets) to help homeowners put an end to their insect troubles.

Upper Canada Organic Products Inc., recently introduced the W.H.Y. Trap (for wasps, hornets and yellowjackets) to help homeowners put an end to their insect troubles. The trap can be used to catch 18 different species, including queens in the spring when they build nests and workers in the summer and fall, and uses attractants, rather than killing agents, to lure the insects inside the trap where they die naturally. The attractant kit lasts two weeks and refills are available so the trap can be used for multiple seasons.
