
Jan. 6, 2015 — Greenhouse vegetable production in North America has grown to 15,900 acres, according to this year’s North American Greenhouse Vegetable Statistics report by Cuesta Roble Consulting.
Mexico has the largest area with 10,060 acres, followed by Canada with 3,608 acres and the U.S.A. with 2,250 acres.
Of the 49 projects announced for this year, 33 are in the U.S., nine are in Canada, and seven are in Mexico.
