MGS’s Canadian operating company soon to become Plant Products

Nov. 3, 2014, Leamington, Ont. — MGS Horticultural Inc. will formally be changing the name of its Canadian operating company to Plant Products Inc. on Dec. 1.
MGS Horticultural Inc. has already been operating under Plant Products as a registered “trade name” since June 2013. The name change is intended to combine the legal and operating names into one name. The status of the operating entity, including any contracts or commitments entered into by it, are unaffected by the change of name.
In other words, although the name of the operating entity will be changed to adopt the Plant Products trade name, there are no other changes, whether legal or operational, taking place at this time.
