Linwell Gardens to host poinsettia trials open house

Nov. 24, 2015, Beamsville, Ont. — Some 160 varieties will be showcased at the 2015 Poinsettia Cultivar Trial Open House at Linwell Gardens on Thursday (Dec. 3).

Included are 73 new or numbered selections.

Participating breeders include Syngenta Flowers, Ball, Beekenkamp, Selecta, Ecke Ranch and Red Fox/Dummen Orange.

Linwell Gardens is located at 520 South Service Rd. in Beamsville.

The trials were previously held at the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre.
