Kick off 2014 at Congress

December 5, 2013  By Canadian Garden Centre & Nursery

Dec. 5, 2013, Toronto — If running a more profitable business is one of your New Year's
resolutions, be sure to mark Landscape Ontario's Congress on your
calendar. Now in its 41st year, the annual show brings together the new
products, ideas, equipment, tools, services and connections you need to
build a stronger business.

Each year Congress draws more than 600
leading manufacturers and suppliers, along with 12,000 industry
professionals from around the world. From Jan. 7 to 9, 2014, these professionals will gather on more than eight acres of show
floor to share their expertise and secrets to success in this vibrant
and ever-changing industry.
“With a full schedule of guest speakers, seminars, networking events and
a show floor crammed with new and exciting products, Congress is the
ideal platform for discovering innovative ways to expand your business,”
said Heather MacRae, director of events and trade shows for Landscape

Conference sessions will cover topics from how to get your business on the front page of Google, to ways that you can reinvent your business and respond positively to a cyclical recession model. Special owners-only workshops will focus on how to expand your business, how to understand the threats of growth and how to avoid the pitfalls.
Congress will also feature the popular New Product Showcase, Canada’s largest collection of new
products and services, featuring the latest tools, plants and products
that industry professionals will need to meet the demands of their clientele during the
spring gardening season.
