Main functions: Reporting to the General Manager of production, the jobholder will be responsible for the greenhouse, plant growth and greenhouse operations. He will also have to deal with personnel management, phytosanitary, fertilization, irrigation and harvesting.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of climate and irrigations
• Provides phytosanitary management of the crop;
• Directs the production operations (quantity, quality, budget costs) according to the program selected with a view of respecting the environment and quality
• Performs production and maintenance forecasts;
• Plans, supervises and directs the work of the greenhouse technician, supervisors, farm laborers and maintenance staff;
• Plans labor requirements the arrival and departure of foreign workers in collaboration with human resources;
• Production of various reports to the management according to a schedule;
• Performs other related tasks; Qualifications required:
• Holds a bachelor's degree in agronomy or the equivalent. Required skills :
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of greenhouse culture (an asset);
• Bilingual French and English (oral), Spanish (an asset);
• Supervision Expertise essential;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel);
• Work requires endurance at a relatively high level of heat and physical endurance;
• Be able to carry out work on carts in height;
• Must be available to work outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends);
