IPM Essen postpones to 2023

Die IPM ESSEN ist die Weltleitmesse des Gartenbaus. Rund 1.600 Aussteller aus fast 50 Nationen präsentieren vom 22. bis 25. Januar 2019 ihre Innovationen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der grünen Branche: von Pflanzen und Schnittblumen in allen Farben und Formen über neueste Technik und Floristik auf höchstem Niveau bis hin zur verkaufsfördernder Ausstattung für den Point-of-Sale. 2019 ist Belgien Partnerland der IPM ESSEN.

Zulässige Nutzung: Der Nutzer erhält an dem Bild ein einfaches Nutzungsrecht, ausschließlich für eine redaktionelle, journalistische Berichterstattung – in Online- und Printmedien, Film und TV über die MESSE ESSEN, eine Veranstaltung der MESSE ESSEN oder eine auf dem Messegelände der MESSE ESSEN stattfindenden Veranstaltung. Die Nutzung des Bildmaterials ist für die berichtenden Medien mit Urhebervermerk und Beleg ist honorarfrei gestattet. Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich dazu, die dem Bild zugeordneten Informationen, insbesondere Bildbeschreibung und Fotograf, bei der Nutzung in korrekter Weise zu verwenden und zu veröffentlichen. Jede andere Nutzung bedarf der Zustimmung durch die Messe Essen GmbH. Die Messe Essen haftet nicht für Verletzung von Rechten abgebildeter Personen und/oder Objekten. Es werden durch die Messe Essen keine Persönlichkeits-, Eigentums-, Kunst-, Marken- oder ähnliche Rechte eingeräumt, die Einholung der o.g. Rechte obliegt allein dem Nutzer. Der Verkauf und die Weitergabe der Bilddatei an Dritte sowie das nicht-autorisierte Kopieren oder sonstige Vervielfältigen dieser Bilddatei auf alle Arten von Datenträgern ist nicht gestattet.

Permissible use: The user will be granted free of charge a simple use right to the picture exclusively for editorial, journalistic reporting about MESSE ESSEN, an event of MESSE ESSEN or an event taking place on the fair site of MESSE ESSEN in online and print media, in films and on TV. For IPM Essen has postponed their 2022 show due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Organizers of the international horticultural trade fair have said that they “will enable exhibitors who have already decided to take part to transfer their registration to IPM ESSEN 2023.”
The event has been rescheduled to 24 to 27 January 2023.
“While we have been working at full speed towards IPM ESSEN 2022, the situation of the Corona pandemic has worsened considerably in the last few days with regard to the planning and realisation. Despite all the anticipation for the most important platform of the green sector, the uncertainty among the exhibitors and visitors is presently significant,” says Oliver P. Kuhrt, CEO of Messe Essen.
In the meantime, organizers have added a two-day IPM Summer Edition running June 13-14, 2022 that will take place both on-site and online.
“The IPM Summer Edition will be held as a two-day showcase with a networking character. We want to give market participants the opportunity to meet and present innovations. Experience shows that the pandemic situation relaxes in the summer, so that this format can be realised in all probability. The IPM Summer Edition is not to be understood as a replacement for IPM ESSEN. The sector needs its usual date at the beginning of the year”, says Sabina Großkreuz, Head of Marketing at Messe Essen.
