Hole’s Greenhouses sold to TEC

Hole’s Greenhouses & Gardens Ltd. in St. Albert, Alta., has been sold.

Effective December 31 of this year, the long-time, family-run company has been sold to agriculture company TEC Property Inc, reports CBC News.

TEC currently owns the Enjoy Centre, which was constructed in 2009 and sold by the Holes in 2015 to focus on their greenhouse operations, reports St. Albert Today.

The Hole family plans to stay on and help with the transition until June 30, 2020.
