Greenhouse heating project among award winners

The Brattleboro, Vermont ‘Energy Committee’ has just awarded three 2012 Sustainable Business Awards, one going to a project involving a greenhouse.

‘Carbon Harvest Energy’ will add a CHP plant to the existing gas-to-energy system at the Brattleboro landfill, and provide heat to an adjacent greenhouse and aquaponics operation. Read more here.
