Nov. 8, 2013 – Two long-time volunteers with the Foreign Agricultural Resource Management Services (FARMS) program have been honoured by the
Jamaican government.

FARMS president Ken Forth, at left in photo, and former chairperson and current board member Hector Delanghe received Jamaica’s Badge of Honour.
The award recognizes both men for their years of long and faithful service to the program.
Presented by the Governor General of Jamaica on the advice of the Prime Minister, it recognizes people who, by their service and contribution, have had a meaningful and significant impact on national life.
