This is the fifth of a series of webinars hosted by Northeast Greenhouse Conference & Expo.

Wednesday, December 9, 2020 | 12:00pm – 1:00pm Eastern Time
  • Speaker: Chris Currey
  • Institution/organization: Iowa State University
  • Description: Growing high quality seedling plugs and rooted-cutting can be a challenge for any grower. While plant growth regulators (PGRs) are commonly used when finishing containerized greenhouse crops, they can also be used for young plant production. From enhancing rooting and branching to improving post-harvest quality and appearance, PGRs can help save labour and improve quality. This session will provide an overview of how you can use PGRs to your advantage when producing young plants.
