February 22, 2022

The Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Association has made the difficult decision to hold the February 22, 2022 Annual General Meeting virtually.  The health and safety of our members is of utmost importance.

A zoom meeting will be set up and a link will be provided at a later date.  In similar fashion to last year’s AGM, everyone is welcome to attend and only registered and confirmed voting delegates/directors will be able to vote on resolutions and elections.

We are excited to announce that Premier Doug Ford and Minister of Agriculture Lisa Thompson will be joining us virtually on February 22nd, 2022.  Our section chairs and staff look forward to providing you with up-to-date information on what is and has been happening at the OFVGA and the industry.  You will have the opportunity to participate during the meeting and have your questions answered. A draft agenda can be viewed at

FREE REGISTRATION is available now through Eventbrite.

If you paid to register for the annual general meeting previously you will receive a full refund in the next 5 – 7 days. You will continue to be registered for the virtual AGM.

Further information will be provided to you in the upcoming weeks.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact Deanna Hutton at

We thank you for your understanding and patience as we pivot to the virtual format.   We look forward to seeing you on-line in February

The Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association (OFVGA) is a nationally recognized not-for-profit association that advocates on behalf of Ontario fruit and vegetable farmers and the edible horticulture industry, and represents its members provincially, nationally, and internationally.
