May 10, 2013, Kingsville, Ont. – With Canadian crop production about to peak, Mastronardi’s increased capacity will have the company shipping more products than ever before.
In adding more than 100 acres of production in Ontario alone and doubling its primary Canadian distribution centre, the company continues to focus on new product innovation and will be showcasing new items at the CPMA Convention and Trade Show, which is being held in Toronto from April 17-19.
Mastronardi Produce featured its Eco-Pepper at the CPMA tradeshow in April.
Grown at its EnviroFresh Farms greenhouse near Sarnia, Ont., this facility is the first carbon friendly greenhouse of it’s kind in North America, using waste heat and CO2 from a neighbouring fertilizer facility,
The Eco Pepper was among company products showcased at the CPMA show.
The Eco Pepper is available in various formats including bulk and packaged in a unique and completely reusable crisper bag.
Customers got to see Mastronardi’s complete line of SUNSET® brand products including a variety of new items and new packaging at the CPMA show. Mastronardi’s new packaging concepts add convenience for customers who are looking for versatile and innovative options.
Emphasis on the company’s brand revitalization project was the forefront of Mastronardi’s presentation at CPMA. Tradeshow attendees experienced Mastronardi’s completely redesigned labels, boxes, bags, and related marketing materials.
