program, brought to you by 360 Energy Inc., has been developed to improve the energy performance of existing greenhouse growers. The program integrates current management techniques, operating equipment and affiliated services and providers to find ways to improve energy performance by 10 to 25%.

Home energy efficiency startup Essess has a pretty cool idea for bringing building energy efficiency information to the masses. It's basically a merging of two already successful ideas: Google Street View and online real estate libraries like Zillow or Trulia.
High energy costs make conservation and efficient use of facilities an important part of today's greenhouse operation. New greenhouse designs, better glazing, improved heating and ventilating equipment and new management systems should be included when upgrading or adding on.
The folks at Michigan State University (Extension Service) have created a website and resources to help growers improve their energy efficiency and increase margins.
