A greenhouse expert says improved efficiency measures, especially in ventilation, could cut energy costs 30-40 per cent in Australian hydroponic greenhouses.

 
Cost-effective humidity control is a great concern in hydroponic greenhouses in hot climates, and the effects of impending climate change could mean these concerns may spread to other places as well.
