Both
the Aalsmeer Flower Auction with its inhouse FloraHolland Trade Fair, as well
as the International Floriculture Trade Fair (IFTF Expo), which is held in Expo
Haarlemmermeer (a state of the art former Floriade 2002 building), are
described by the sponsors as “not-to-be-missed” events for the international
floriculture industry.

Many
exhibiting companies are expecting large numbers of visiting growers and buyers
of fresh product from inside and outside the Netherlands.

This
so called "Holland Flower Week" will take place during the first week of November in association with the two trade fairs.

For
more information, visit www.hollandflowerweek.com for specific
dates and opening hours of the participating companies. (This may vary and it
is advised to check before you visit.)

A free
bus shuttle service will connect the two trade fairs and the
companies participating in the open house program. Departures are daily and
will run every 20 minutes from the IFTF Expo in Expo Haarlemmermeer. After a
stopover at the entrance of the FloraHolland Trade Fair at the Aalsmeer Flower
Auction, the shuttles move on to the various open houses.
