One of the world’s largest horticultural tradeshows, IPM Essen will be running from January 22 to 25 in 2019.

Approximately 1,600 exhibitors from 50 countries are expected, with topics and new products for garden centre operators, horticulturalists, landscapers and florists.

According to tradeshow organizers, this upcoming IPM Essen will take place in Messe Essen’s newly modernized site. A new hall numbering system will be introduced, grouping certain features and exhibits by theme. 2019’s IPM Discovery Centre will focus on sales concepts for garden centres, while the Teaching Show will focus on optimizing the root area. Don’t miss the Innovation Showcase for the latest from exhibitors as well as 2019 product trends.

Also new for 2019 is Belgium’s role as official partner country to IPM Essen. The country has had representation at the tradeshow since 1982, and accounts for 80 per cent of Europe’s azalea production. Belgium’s practices in sustainable horticulture will be the focus of the International Horticulture Forum.
