Growers board is seeking RFT (Request For Tender) proposals for
projects to improve management methods for viral diseases in cucumbers.
The closing date for applications is April 1, 2008. 

ogvg_logoThe Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers board is seeking RFT (Request For Tender) proposals for projects to improve management methods for viral diseases in cucumbers. The closing date for applications is April 1, 2008. 
The first project involves the development of new pruning technology, and the second involves development of new disinfectants for use during the production season. Please note that for these RFT projects, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to receiving the full details. For future RFT opportunities, the need for confidentiality will be determined by OGVG on a case-by-case basis. “We expect future opportunities to become available later in 2008,” said Trueman.
