Oct. 23, 2009, Greenville, S.C. — To better reflect opportunities available to both attendees
and exhibitors, the Southeast Greenhouse Conference has been rebranded as the
SGC Presents Southeast Color Connection.

and exhibitors, the Southeast Greenhouse Conference has been rebranded as the
SGC Presents Southeast Color Connection.

refocused and re-energized to connect the industry, face to face, with great
ideas and market insights, targeted educational sessions, and knowledgeable
industry suppliers,” said Willis Bruce, president of the organization. “We are
committed to serving the horticulture industry in the southeast, and the name
change better showcases what the event is and can be moving forward.”

The event, to be held
June 16-18 in Greenville, South Carolina, has been revamped
to better meet the needs of greenhouse growers, garden centres, landscapers and nurseries.
Visible changes include a day-pattern shift to Wednesday through Friday,
exclusive trade show hours, indepth sessions including a new garden
centre-focused program, product demonstrations, lunch for attendees on the
trade show floor, and more networking opportunities.
